Stroker ECU

I am putting together a 4.9 Stroker that I purchased from a member on here. I am looking at some different programmable ECU's. I like the Painless Performance HP Engine Management unit but it is a bit pricey. I am looking for some input on what some other people have done with their Strokers.

It really depends on how Built, you are going, The stock ECU can compensate the fuel management to certain extent. Using sensors like the O2 sensor, it will compensate for extra fuel, to a certain extent. If you start adding larger psi injectors & such, than you may have to spend the $$$ to compensate.

A stock PCM will handle your stroker just fine. Save your money.
