steering question

Hey guys i was wondering what bushings or sleeves I need to relocate my rustys offroad steering above the knuckle. I seen this done on a episode of xtreme 4x4 a while back but dont know part# or anything???

I live in tri cities near Bristol speedway! Ty guys for info & links, but i got the rustys standard upgrade not otk just need bushing size to insert in bottom of knuckle so tapered part of tie rod is secure.
