Rocker panel replacement?

Hey guys, im looking for someone who could replace my rocker panels with some 2X6 tubing. I can but the steel and do all the cutting, but unfortunately i have no welder nor the skill to weld these and install them. Anyone in the chicagoland area do these before and want to make a couple bucks doing another set?

Rockford is doable if it must be. Also really like the cut fenders, might need some advice on those too!
