Re 3.5 + BB

I currently have a RE 3.5 superflex sitting at 4.5". I am considering installing a BB on top of it. I have heard that shackles can actually help rear driveshaft angles. Is this true?? I have a TC drop and have NO vibes now. Can anyone think of any other issues/problems I might run into? Steering? Front DS?

I did this a few weeks ago. You will probably get more vibes, I did. Plan on installing an SYE.
