So do we have a culprit? New long arms adjusted too short? Seized up DS? Bearing?
My dad taught me three things when I got my first 4x4.
1 Torque is the poorman's horsepower and it'll serve you right every time.
Doesn't apply here, but I like it.
2 Don't beat your way to work.
Hopefully you have another option for traveling to and from.
3 When it breaks, fix it better.
(UPGRADE!) I know you just got another 231, but can you eliminate the cause?
edit: That is a MFer of a failure. I can't think of a time I've seen or heard of a case do that.
