Kern / Isabella Camping

Looking for tips / info / feedback on any somewhat secluded, cool camping spots along the Kern, either South or North of Isabella. Looking for a riverfront site with fire ring and some pool or calm waters for swimming (BLM preferred) that my in-laws stock Honda Pilot can follow me into.
