after thinking about this for a while i've decided to always pull out, and just in case as a backup i'll carry a coat hanger with me

perhaps a plumbing snake would be more effiecient?
 
We do have one of those....I may have to rethink my plans. I suppose that one would work after the 3rd trimester.
