I've seen it on some customer's PCs, quite frankly it looks like one of the many clones, spyware stormer and the like.
If you've got windows xp get the Windows Defender, it's free at download.microsoft.com
 
hijack this is good for a quick and dirty once over, try out this.

The problem with those is that they just keep things from starting up.
They don't remove the offending files.
Might also want to try
rootkit revelear for the real nasty infections.
I got a whole list of things I use to remove spyware from customer machines.
You'd be amazed how screwed up people can get a machine

Checked it out but it's greek to me I don't know whats supposed to be there and what's not. Like my comment on the one Opie recomended. I need something simple, or at least something that shows the nasties frome the goods.
