I'm also looking at Kevin's system ( http://www.kevinsjeepparts.com/exhaust.html ), because my cat and muffler are original '96 parts, and in need of replacement.
It's seems that the original downtube is a huge source of restriction.

More heat cause an increase in metal expansion, which can lead to warping. Header warpage after wrapping might just depend on the type of application and header material and thickness used (more likely to warp if its a cast header).

cjben said:if you are talking about a regular flowmaster for a jeep,i have one in my garage,and i gaurantee it doesn't weigh 100 pounds. i doubt it weighs 25 pounds.
