Giant faith 1 downhill mountain bike frame and hardware

I have a Giant faith 1 downhill mountain bike frame that has just chillen hard in my garage for like a year that I never got around to building.. it has a fox dhx 4.0 back shock, race face cranks, its a 17in frame, it has a seat and handlebars and has hydrolic disc brakes. The only thing it needs is a wheel set and forks and its ready to go.. its not beat up just light/normal wear. $350
