Just unplug the alt and turn the key, see if the fuel pump comes on?

I thought I would also leave the ecu in the house for a few hours and let it warm up, go outside, plug it in and see if the fuel pump turns right on. This problem is 100 fold worse at temps less than freeezing. Its pretty cold now and everything else in the jeep has been sitting since last night, if it starts the ecu has to be the link....If that doesnt work I will check the alt.
Good idea a hair dryer can speed things up.

PROBLEM SOLVED....

All I did was warm the ecu to room temperature in my house 75-80 degrees, walked outside, plugged it in and the fuel pump immediatly cam on I turned the key and she purred.... There is something in the ecu that is sticking to close the ground and its worse the colder it is....

Now just need another ecu, langer have one laying aorund? Thanks for your help
