Hey i was wondering, if you didnt mark the place the driveshaft matched the pinion yoke, how do you know where youre supposed to put it? Or is there even a certain spot needed?

no spot needs to be marked. drive shafts arent balanced with the yokes.

The book says to mark it so you can reassembly it the same way you took it apart. I've screwed it up in the past, with no noticeable problems.
