Disk Break D44

Anyone heard of it???

i have a d44 im looking to convert to disk break i was told that i could use disk brakes from an older grand and a master cylinder from an older grand and things would be ok
am i right or how can i make this work???
I have an 88 rig right now

You can also use Ford parts... the Explorer and Crown Vic parts work well.

I used the parts off a 97 or so CV.
