Mine would be seeing a bit of highway, and with slightly larger tires, a little extra caster to help prevent any wandering, help it track straighter, etc. are things I'll be shooting for.
If it ever came to the point of feeling harder to turn than I like, I'd do assist. But I'd have to step up a bit in tire size to be there. As is, I wouldn't mind a "stiffer" steering. Might try to find a little more HD steering stabilizer when the time comes.
I ran my what is now buggy with 35's, OTK crossover, and no stabilizer. Drove that many a highway mile, and though probably fine at the time for me, my likes and what I'm willing to deal with have changed.
