Caster adjuster "clevis" for LCA

Apparently it's been discontinued by MoPar; before I take my old one out and weld bolts in it to replace the bent studs, does anyone have one from a partout that they'd be willing to sell me?

yeah... probably not going to happen any time soon. just trying to get this thing tight and squared away in stock form before diving into a bunch of mods. Need to get it aligned soon as I've put about 10K miles on it and also just replaced rear springs.
