Best Bastard leaf pack build

bear in mind that your metric toone leaf packs have an extra leaf compared to a regular MJ pack.
If you use them like powerman did you might want to take out the lowest one next o the overload to get the same results.
ad what happened to the MJ project?

I was considering just cutting the overload off to make a 6" block and leave it there. I will start making the pack on Monday.

any idea where to get the leaf teflon strips?

exploder i mean explorer leafs will work with MJs as well,

and be careful... not all MJ leafs are made the same... 2wd ones sit lower... same with dakotas

Since rusty leafs cause friction has anyone POR-15'd thier leafs? Does anyone know if Por-15 is flexible?

The shackle is always citical to getting good flex.

If I'm looking at starting my lift at 3.5" and growing it after I wear out the 31" tires I already have, can I get a 1.5" shackle and build my bastard leaf packs for 2"? What kind of flex would I get?
