AX15 Gets HOT

thats what you get for thinking LOL JK
will look into getting some of that heat shield stuff
AS for the 10W30 SYN thats what I read all on hear about what to put in it....
can you just get GL4 or GL3 75w90 anywhere?
does anyone else think this could be a solution
PS just thought about something does the GL stand for Gear Lube if so would 75w90 Lucas work??? which is the same thing I will put in my diff in about 50 more miles (gear break in)
Thanks again

Don't want to use straight lucas, its stickiness will turn into a foamy mess.
I reccomend redline mt75-90, or redline mtl. I also used a bottle of friction modifier, and it seemed to clear up the 1st gear shift problem, no doubt caused by th p/o using GL-5

Something else to consider. If you run your AX15 in cold temps, say, 32 degrees F or lower, a synthetic lubricant will make a world of difference in shifting.

Even in a diff?
That is the first time I have ever heard anything bad about Lucas
But question was not answered does the GL stand for Gear Lube
