I have done it it over 3 days. Overall its simple if you have a donor jeep or all the parts. PM/email me if you questions.
Basically you need
1. AW4 with tcase
2. Wiring harness with tranny/tcase
3. Inside 4wd lever and metal brackets
4. tcase shift bracketry
5. front d30 axle
Not hard just time consuming, but once everything is back in its a good feeling of accomplishment.
