got the seat out and the Burlap headliner...

I got the headliner for our MJ from Steve at SMS Headliners; [FONT=&quot][email protected][/FONT]

pulled away all the loose metal, trying to find something solid to rebuild from...

and took off a bit more of the useless body panels and parts, including the windshield...

Got some done today, the dash and heater core are out (notice the heater core studs broke free)

removed more of the engine wiring harness and some brackets, wipers, etc. prepping for engine tranny removal

and the floor pans came in...

Finally got the drive line out...

and cut away more of the cancer...

and got some new/recycled metal burned in...

got more of the pass side done today, almost skipped on removing the support bar, glad I didn't, rust was hiding underneath ...

just need to spot weld the pass side and the frame support on the driver, and that pretty much takes care of the rusty floor, then on to the exciting stuff

Finished the spot/plug welds, and added the floor braces for the 97+ seats

Seam sealed inside and out and POR 15, no more rust and no more leaks, this thing may actually float now

Started to break down old Blue today, NY rust everywhere...

the donor felt old and tired so i thought the filter was appropriate
