The ACM is located under the drivers seat. Im replacing dads airbags (long story) and went to change this rascal anc it was absent. I also do not have one under my seat. Both are 97' models.. In fact the doner pulling parts off of is a 97'.. Who da' how da'.. What? Help thanks Egghead

Will a downstream 02 sensor cause my xj to sputter, hesitate and sometimes pop through the throttle body? I took my catylitic converter off (dont flame me, dont want to hear it) and pitched the 02.. Just picked up a 97' with 196,000 on it everything works fine besides a noise coming from transfer case. It whines under acceleration or normal driving. When i left off the gas it goes away. Any clue what it might be? Egghead
