Check out the prices on a Jasper short or long block. I went with a Jasper short block and a ClearWater Cylinder Head. I've had it for about 2 years now and it runs great.

Yup, the arm moves up and down at the threads and back and forth at the frame. Do you have any experience with their new arms?

Contacted Rough Country and the person I talked to suggested that I e-mail a picture of the control arm in order to get a better idea of the bushing. Still haven't received a response indicating whether or not they can supply the bushing.

Yup, ran mine for over a year with this issue. Just had to change the oil more often.
