My 93 valve cover is Aluminum and and the 96 is is a stamped steel one I know the gasket is not the same but do they mount to the head the same? are the heads the same??
the Valve cover has a crack in it, and leaks bad. I know that there is at least two types of valve covers, cause my 96 motor valve cover is not the same as the 93 I just don't know what year they change them. As for the mounts Is there a good upgade from stock motor mounts???

I need to replace my valve cover on a 1993 4.0L just wanted to know what other years have the same valve cover, and the other thing I was woundering is I need to change my motor mounts, should I change the Trany mount also??

I just did the RE 4'5 kit and I love it I had a :doh:trail master kit:doh: before and all I can say is you get what you pay for oh and one other thing that you can add to the lift is a pitman arm really helps with the bump steer I used one from a Grand Cherokee they are a 1" drop same as the RE...
I just Installed the Rubicon Express 4.5" lift kit with full leaf springs in the rear but they don't sit even one side is lower then the other by about 1" anyone else ever run into this problem or is this normal??
hey guys just put the RE 4.5 lift in. It looks cool, love the way it rides now, its way better but the kit is missing the track bar so I got to go back to the parts guy to get it. One other thing is do I need to do a pitman arm with this kit, or am I ok with the stock one?

I have a 96 XJ with an old 4" Trail master kit in it. I just picked up a RE 4.5" kit with adjustible upper and lower control arms just woundering if you guys have any tips or tricks for the install and the other thing I was woundering if I should keep the Trail master lower control arm drop...
