I tie down rear axle and then to front axle at. I don't ever worry about body roll or shifting of the jeep on the trailer. You won't ever feel it.

You'll need to remove a drive shaft. I woudl remove the front one. That's why a selectable locker in the front is the way to go if you are going to flat tow.
