I hardly ever post on here but occasionally lurk, and spend most of my time lurking on pirate. However, this topic caught my eye. I'm 19 and in college so take my advice with a grain of salt. It is real world experience though, not some test drive or my cousin's in law has one and loves it crap...

Gutted the cat on my sisters ZJ, its a 96 laredo, never seemed to affect it, altho its a little louder and better mpg

My sisters ZJ did the same thing, batt. was damn near new, so we figured maybe the starter was going bad, I pulled the starter, had it tested, it was good, cleaned up all the connections and reinstalled the starter, started great, but weird ticking noise, pulled back off the starter to notice it...

I've always had a dream of gettin my accessories in bare metal and bed lining them in the same color as the xj, imagine a red xj with black and red suspension parts. i jus dont kno if u can get it in diff. colors, i kno u can get stuff rhino lined in diff. colors, but then u cant DIY.

Anybody look at the UTV's on the gatoertraxboats.com site, those are sickk especially for 3 grand less than a mule 3010

a friend of mine has an older xj with an aw4, 4inch lift, and 31's and we can burn the tires all the way through 1st gear, the only mods are exhaust and k&n cold air intake.

u could jus buy an aftermarket tach. that is provided that u can find one without a 9inch diameter on it!!!Not to mention a big yellow shift light.....(damn ricers)

Awesome looking xj, i love those wheels but jeez are they expensive :(
