Important

Guys with the Makita cordless stuff. I have the 3 amp hour batteries now. I wanted to pick up a couple more and one of those impacts. But I see the 3 a/h batteries are discontinued. Can I use the 5.0 a/h ones or should I start scouring the local used tool place and ghetto pawn for rebuildable ones?

as far as I know the 18v 2A/H and 5A/H should work just fine. Only difference aside from capacity is they have charge indicator.

Seriously. Someone needs to buy this thing. Not a bad buy for 3700.

I upgraded to a 5ah from my 3’s. They have 6ah now too.

It's at a small car lot. I'm really surprised they still have it.

Elocker - I have an Eaton in the rear 44 in my TJ. I love it. Just send it 12v and it engages, remove voltage and it disengages. Manual says not to lock or unlock it over 5mph.
