Question about 235/70R16's on stock suspension (rubbing)

I don't have enough room in my budget to upgrade to a nice 3" or 4" lift just yet, but I had to put some new tires (235/70R16) on my stocker and they're rubbing a lil on the LCA's. I'm wondering if the following products will set me up correctly:

Daystar Econo-Lift Kit with 1¾" Coil Spring Spacer and 1" Greasable Rear Shackles: http://www.quadratec.com/products/76058_821.htm
Spidertrax 1.25" Wheel Spacer Kit: http://www.quadratec.com/products/92807_001.htm

How hard would it be to install the daystar kit? And, what's up with the 1.75" in the front and only 1" in the rear? I'd like to keep the stock downard angle. Also, if there are any other products out there that I may need to look at, please let me know. Thanks
