I'm going from a 2"-2.5" BB lift to a 3.5" all spring lift. I'm also putting in bar pin eliminators so I'm not tied down to that little cheesy dog bone shock mount. The BPE's say that they will add 1.5" to the working lentgh of the shock.
So, can I use the same shocks that I used with the 2.5 lift. AND does anyone know if I can just take the "bar pin" off of the old shock and just slide the bolt through the bushing OR do I have to buy new bushings.
Also if I wanted to go with a different shock altogther and didn't want the bar pin, what shock length am I looking for for a 3.5" lift with 31's for the best overall use (off/on road).
