Canucks from Ontario to the east are already part of the North Atlantic Chapter (Eh?!) and we've decided that since the North Atlantic (via the North Sea) washes against NW Germany, Hagen is a member of NAC as well!

The B.C. XJ'ers also have the proposed NW chapter to consider.

You La-La Land guys are always trying to create more and more divisions (how many guv candidates are there these days?)!!!
