Lower Control arm Question

NAXJA Forum User
I was wandering what degree angle on the lower control arms I should cut to give me more travel out of my XJ. I'm running the stock lower control arms and they stop when they hit the bottom the stop and I was wandering if I should just cut out a 30 degree angle if that would be ok. Thanks

Don't cut the arms!! Trim above where they attach to the axle (right behind the lower shock mount). Just start with a small trim then wheel it and trim agian if needed. You can get a lot of extra droop by doing this so keep an eye on your brake lines.

good luck,
jason
