I have a 2000 and im getting a daystar budget boost put on, i believe the rear swaybar will haev to be removed?.
if that is true, will i need Bar Pin Elminators?

- i also have new Bilstein shocks being put on along with the Daystar BB.
the shocks are stock size, i was told they were long enough for a BB.

Thanks for any help,
Adam

if you need more info, just let me know?

If you're pulling the rear swaybar, you don't really need anything but the tools to do the job. Pull the frame hangers and the end links, but keep the mount on the u-bolts for a possible future shock mount if you want.

Bar Pin Eliminator refers to your shocks, with a factory XJ set up the stock bolts for the upper shock mount, well, they suck man. The BPE is just a larger bracket that welds in place and gives the shock a place to mount. I never used one until I got around 12+ inches of lift.

I thought 99's and newer XJ's didn't even have rear sway bars? That new shouldn't worry about breaking the upper bolts I'd think.
