Want your opinon on a lift.

33" BFGs on stock rims(if they will fit?)
3.5 lift (not sure what Brand)
adjustable trackbar
3.5" backspacing
Bumpstops
Extend break lines
Steering stabilizer
Trim fenders

Will the stock rims work(The BFGs say 15x8?) Will i need new gears? Is there anything else i'll need?

Sounds like a good plan. The 3.5" backspacing is great too, but you won't get that with stock rims. Stock rims are 5.25-5.5" BS, and that is too much for 33x12.5 tires. I don't know what year your XJ is, but regardless, it is a good idea to get a SYE and CV driveshaft. I highly recommend the RE 3.5" Superflex kit with full leaf packs. I would also recommend some JKS disconnects and JKS adjustable trackbar. The cheap trackbars are exactly that, cheap junk. You can drive around on 33's with stock gears, but it will feel sluggish.
