Can anyone refresh my memory. If I remeber correctly for 6.5" of lift the adj. lowers should be set 16 3/4-16 7/8 and the uppers about 1" shorter, eye to eye. Does that sound about right.
This isn't perfect (because the stock arm is not perfectly horizontal), but you can use the A squared + B squared = C squared formula, where A is the original arm length, B is the amount of lift, and C is the new arm length. This gives a length of 17"...but 16.5" may work better with short arms to avoid too much forward motion of the tires (fender contact).
Uppers should be set to balance caster and pinion angle.
