Kickin' tires

Here the question I've been kicking around, 245/75R16 Or 255/70R16 for a 1998 with 3" of lift? Which would you run?

Stock or aftermarket wheels? Cost difference? Both should fit, but as stated above, depending on how things are setup taller tires will work.

OK guys, new rules...

C load range or below.

I am leaving the stock flairs on, I'm OK with minor rub trim, But, I have a very flexible suspension setup (AEV/OME).

The wheels are Icons. Tread choice is cooper AT/3, Do coopers tend to run narrow?

The cost difference between the two is $10-15, So looks and functionality win there.

Here's my 97 with 3" on 245/75/r16s, it's pretty much perfect for the mild wheeling I do!

Although milage isn't the best with stock 3:55 gearing. Might be better with 4.10s? I'll find out later this summer, might end up kicking me up a tire size or so..

I guess I should say that I did put 4.5" RE springs in the rear, the add-a-leafs weren't cutting it. Front is still 3" coils though.
