starter bolt?

Is there 2 different lenghts on the bolts? i broke a long bolt and was searchin around and came up with 2 different lengths of bolts. there was only 1 bolt in it. looks like the previous owner had broke the other one or lost it. 2.5 4cycl

Yes, there are two different bolts for the starter. I don't recall the thread or lenght though.

on a 4.0 yes, but they should be the same length on a 2.5. And if they are OEM, they'll be E12 heads.......replace 'em with regular hex head bolts.

well, im havein a hella hard time getting the broken bolts out. ive got a easy out and what a PITA. i might be paying some one to take em out. 1 is broke flush and the other one broke up inside about 1/8 inch inside.
