OX Shifter Adj.

I have just finshed or am trying to finsh hooking up my OX lockers. I have the front done and shifts in and out just fine. The problem is that the rear locker does not want to adjust properly. I have done it text book and it will lock, but then to unlock it is a pain. By pain I mean it takes about 30 feet and then pops out. Any help would be great, starting to get a little mad.
