Short Automatic Shifter

I am looking for a way to shorten the length of the shift handle on my AW4. I have a '99, and I have seen a picture of someone on here that has this. it basically took the 6 inch stalk, and shortened it by about 4 inches, looked great. anybody know/remember what I am talking about, and how to do it?

searched all over, and found all sorts of threads for the AX5 and AX15's.... nothing on the AW4 :helpme:

it looks pretty simple to me. pull the handle, cut down the stalk and the shift rod deely inside there to length and reinstall handle

i might wanna do this now
