Hi, been working on the ol XJ for some time now and have ran into a few snags.
The first one is the clutch. Put a new one in and now when I try to start it, it tries to start and there is a lot of clicking. It does this with the clutch in and out, kind of strange its trying to start with the clutch out
Second is the shift linkage for the 4x4. I cant figure out how it goes back on, if anyone has a diagram or a picture of theirs, that would really help. I have my Haynes manual and its worthless and I cant seem to find anything on the web. If anyone could help that would really be appreciated, I am running out of ideas. Thanks!!
