I will. You can find an 8.25 that will still be a direct bolt in and cost no more than a D35.

Agree 100%. Not trying to sound like a prick, but the D35 is a horrible stock axle and the 8.25 is FAR better, for easily the same price.

If for whatever reason you're dead set on another D35, i'm sure you could probably find one for free on here somewhere.

XJ axle will not go easily into a Grand Cherokee
