Tonight we had fresh venison loin slow roasted in onions and peppers, with a side of steamed brussel sprouts. 100% produced on our land.

I gotta tell ya K, I tried the reverse sear on a few filets, it was freakin' awesome! We eat a lot of steak and it was one of the juciest steaks I have ever had. I too, am now a believer! i did not take a pic bc I was too busy inhaling it!
