Welded vs Locker in the rear

i ran a welded 8.8 for a year before i saved up for my arb. I'll never go back to welded again. selectable lockers are so much nicer. They are there when you need them and not when you don't. I find it fun to try things with the front and rear open first then start locking up axles as i continue not to make it. It keeps those people who don't have lockers from saying your not a better driver you just have lockers.

I DD'd a welded rear and it wasn't horrible. I DD a Detroit now and it's worlds better. I have no issues with predictability or traction that I didn't have before and my tires are lasting a lot longer.
