I'll probably get flamed, but it might not be tight enough... seriously...
You can snug those rubber/metal gaskets up pretty good and they still work
fine as long as you didn't warp the valve cover too much when you removed it.
Tightening your bolts down evenly in a cross-pattern a little at a time is the key.
