Turn Signal issues.

Truck, 1986 Jeep Comanche
engine, 2.5 4cyl
I am having problems with my turn siganls. I keep blowing the fuse turn signal/ backup light.
My hazard switch and lights flash fine. I have checked all of my light bulbs, cleaned up the contacts and used bulb grease.
I replace the fuse with the key off and as soon as i turn on the ignition switch it blows?

I recently repaired my blinkers by getting junkyard spares of the bulb holders. and swapping them out. the springs in mine were shot. otherwise your grounding somewhere..
