track bar question

im gonna make a new one.is it ok to use a heim at the axle end?it has a jonny joint up at the other now and ill be keeping that side the same.right now its a modified re track bar that came with the 5.5 extreme kit.

I don't see why not. I've got mine the other way. Rubber bushing on one end and Heim on the frame end.

Or you could use a factory TB bushing. That would be much easier.

I have a superflex joint at the top and a 7/8" heim at the bottom.

I've got heims on both ends of mine as well, feels great. Just make sure it's a good quality heim and it should last for a while.

Is the bar straight or bent?

its bent now but the new one will be straight.i was just hoping that it didnt need a rubber bushing at one end.
