I need to find one ASAP. Do any of the parts stores or the stealerships carry them in stock. Just wondering where is the best place for me to look since mine got completely chewed up.

Most dealers can get parts next day, if the main warehouse has it, which I would think that they would. I think that 4 wheel hardware has shift forks available, at least for the NP231, and I'm sure you can get next day or 2nd day shipping from them.
