Stupid XJ ignition

I have been fighting with a bad ignition lock cylinder for almost a month on and off. I have almost the entire column in pieces, and I finally broke down and got some drills bits, that a locksmith he used to drill out locks.

Get home today and the damn cylinder slides back about 3/8th's of an inch and goes right into the one position allowing it to come right out.

What a freakin, MF'er.
