Some people are having trouble with PayPal loading at check-out. I had to go back to my cart and proceed from there a second time. The problem is on the PayPal end, not ours. it "seems" to help by logging in to your PP account prior to check-out. Checkout does work, it just might take a couple of tries. Thank you PayPal!
