Skyjacker T case drop Questions....motor mount issues?

Update.

I was able to remove the crossmember studs with no problems in about 30 minutes.

I love that little 10" pipe wrench. I really do.

Changed the drop to 3/4", and put 4* shims in with the fat part facing front.

Also changed the motor and trans mounts for good measure (which actually did change my angles a bit too.

I haven't driven it yet, but I did remeasure.

TC Yoke = 6* down from horizontal.
Rear Pinion = 6* up from horizontal

I would have preferred to have the pinion pointed one more degree down to account for axle wrap, but I think this is going to be the setup that I keep.

Will drive it sometime later this week and post back. Thanks again to all who helped.

Still have a slight grumbling at all speeds over 20 and a serious buzzing vibes at 63+ MPH.

I remeasured the angles and they are T case 5 1/2 * down, axle 5-5 1/2* up.

Going to throw a YJ yoke in there and see if it helps. Now that I have the angles right, the yoke is pulled out of the T-case almost an inch.

If that doesn't solve it, I'll begin pulling out the lift.

Installed YJ yoke. No difference.

Pulled out the 3/4" lift shackle and the 4* shim. Left the 3/4" T Case drop in.

Smooth as silk now. Sits at 3" rear (measured 20"), 3.5" front (measured 21"), and I'm happy.
