Here this might be of some help too. It's from a 00 FSM you should be the same. I would check the switch before I pulled the motor. Remember to check the wash side of the switch for a short too. From looking at the pic. Pin 5 should be the 12V hot, pin 4 is for the delayed wipe, and 2 & 4 will give you the constant wipe with the wash. Also don't forget pin 4 should ground out when the switch is off. Try to get some confermations to my deduction before trying to test this out. I'm not 100% shure I am correct on my deduction.
