Just finished the Rig, and sign up for a NAXJA membership, figured it would be a good time to get some pictures up.

1990, 4.5" Rustys, 33's, and a JCR front bumper.

Still looking for a rear bumper.
Windows getting new tint this week, and a final painting soon.
Right now it is sitting on 15x10's and will be going to 15x8's shortly.

I've heard that chrome diff covers really strengthen the D35 tremendously

Seriously, it looks nice and straight. Now you need to paint it so you can scratch it up and put dents in it like I did.

I threw the spider gear pin through the old cover. Found out how to re-build a D35. I wouldn't have wasted my time and $$ if I would have known, but now I know and I am a much better person for that.

Yeah it is nice not to have to worry about scratching her up, keep a spare rattle can in the back just in case she needs a little touch up for special occasions.

91 xj 3 inch lift 31x12.5 boggers & 90 xj with d44 front and toy rear with 488 gears and 38x12.5 tsl super swampers(spooled front and rear) and 12 inches of lift, custom lift and all that stupid shit

Got a write-up on the winch mount?

i'll try and get some more pictures and a write up probably on its own thread but heres the basics : -

The Winch mount is all custom. Based around a piece of 8" RSJ (steel girder) which was cut into a heavy duty winch mount.

Chassis backets made out of 6mm steel plate based on the factory ones all connected with m12 grade8.8 stainless bolts.

The bumper is orginal hed to cuts in it to allow it to bend then rewelded attached using the bolts on the fairlead and wings .

thats a very nice rig, good job man!
