Ramp up.

Man I always wanted to go for a ride out on the ocean in your sail boat...I think I changed my mind.

Boy, I still remember driving that pretty black Jeep.

So, from here on out, every time I get called on something, I'm blaming it on you. Thanks Richard. :D

PS: My accountant has a bone to pick with you. :D

Damn Ron....Here I am feeling all kinda' giddy, having just ordered my plasma cutter and a big compressor and I stumble onto this thread (and I was just looking for some bender info)
I can't spend $10,000 on a bender soooooo...I'll just send you the specs and you do the bending!!
Rick R :sunshine:
P.S. I'm still looking for some motor mounts!!!

Would that be a dingy?

It would. It's an "old rules" International 14. Very fast, very hard to sail double trap boat. Learning to sail one is also known as swimming lessons. :D

This thing is sweet. Steel, Stainless, and Aluminum. It is replacing the need for a TIG unit.

Pulse MIG. Sounds like a high speed zipper...

Python gun. Accept no substitute.

Look at your units' feed rollers...
This will push .035 Aluminum wire if need be.

Ron,

One of your future interns is currently on-duty at URF.

We started him on more basic tools. He should be ready for more advanced tooling by summer....... :D

Good luck "un-learning" the bad habits I have passed on to him!

Great. I thought at worst, defending against URF spies was the issue.

Now it's sabotage. :D

He's burned up 10 cutting disks, 3 grinding wheels, and about 500 million brain cells inhaling zinc fumes in the last 4 days.

I even let him use a tape measure and a micrometer.

Think of the URF "experience" as pre-training. :D

The top five....

1. Why do you ask?

2. Not cool enough for Nor Cal?

3. Fawk yes, yes.

4. Why would you even care?

5. Get a job, and ask your boss. :D
